Phase Manager doesn't load when I try to open it

Symptom and description

It may happen that Phase Manager doesn't open, and it will keep displaying a blue spinning circle. This will prevent you from accessing the software and configure update your product. In this case, you'll see the following screen:

Issue resolution

If you're blocked with this startup screen, and the blue circle keeps spinning without giving you access to the software, here are a few things you can try:

  • If it worked before on the same laptop, and stopped working after any change you might have done, you can try to roll back to your previous OS version, or uninstall any new software that could have caused this.
  • You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Phase Manager app.
  • Based on where you're connecting from, you can try to disable your VPN (if you're using one), or enable a VPN network (if you're not using one) to change your connection location.
  • You can try to disable your Firewall, or any app that can interfere with the WiFi network, as this type of apps might block the Phase Manager connection with internet
