I’m having issues when trying to reset my account password

If you’re trying to reset your account password, but you still haven’t received the password reset email, or you’re having a web error when clicking the button in Phase Manager, you won’t be able to reset the password.

Firstly, if you could access the web page, and didn’t receive the reset password email after entering your email, we invite you to check your spams and junk emails folder.


If you’re having a web error when clicking the “forgotten password” button, please use this direct link to access the password reset page, then enter your email, and you’ll receive the password reset email.

If you’re still having issues when trying to reset your password, please contact us using the contact button below, and we’ll help you find a solution.
