I didn't receive the confirmation email after creating my account

If you have created an account to log into Phase Manager and register your Phase, but you still haven’t received the confirmation email, you won't be able to access your account as it is not verified yet. 

It may happen that the confirmation email is detected as spam by your email provider. We recommend checking the spam folders and making sure the email hasn’t been automatically moved there. 

You may also be able to view the mail but you cannot click the button to confirm your address. After moving the email from your spam to your inbox, you may also need to mark it as legitimate in order to click the button. If despite doing so you still cannot click the button, right-click the button, copy its link, paste it into the URL bar of your browser and open it.
